Shipping policy

 

Processing: Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery (US): 5–8 business days from the order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Rates: Flat rate $4.95. Free shipping on orders over $50.

International: We currently ship within the United States only (including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier permits).

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; if the parcel is returned to us, we will gladly reship it (reshipping fee may apply).

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days — we'll open a carrier investigation and work with you to resolve it.

Delays: Carrier delays (weather, peak season) occasionally occur and are outside our control, but contact us any time an order feels overdue and we'll chase it.
